Our Paddle Board Yoga sessions are open to seasoned yogis and total beginners alike!

Yoga is a state of union between mind, body, and spirit – a feeling of total presence and tranquility. We practice sequences of poses or Asanas in order to embrace the present while strengthening our core and improving our balancing skills! The serene environment on the water is sure to leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

In our sessions, we will practice a series of gentle Vinyasa flows; coordinating movements with breath, flowing from one pose to the next. Poses can be customized to your ability and comfort level. Our studio is the water and practicing on the paddle board will keep you focused and engaged.

This is a 2 hour excursion with half the time paddle boarding and half the time enjoying a yoga session.

Our tours are safe and enjoyable for novice and advanced paddlers alike. Our sit-on-top kayaks are safe and sturdy for paddlers of all ages and experience levels.

We never guarantee a tour location in advance. Our priority is always safety, and our guides always pick the safest location for us to go paddling, based on wind strength/direction and group ability.

We do our best to get on the water every day. Sometimes the conditions do not allow for this (i.e. thunder, lightning, very windy). When this happens, we will try to reschedule you to another time or day. If you are unable to reschedule, you will receive a full refund.

If the conditions are good, but you are unable to make it, we request that you give us notice at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. This ensures that we can take as many people paddling as possible.
