In this weekly series we highlight fun, simple games which can be played at your local park, around your campsite firepit, with new friends or family. The games vary from icebreakers, name games, and exercise warm-ups, to puzzles or riddles. Check out our weekly post and get out there and have some fun!
Participants: 5 or more
Equipment: None
Timeframe: 10 to 15 minutes
Objective: To get to know each other Participants make a circle around one person. The person in the middle says, “The wind blows for anyone who (insert fact about self – e.g., has a dog, lives near the Mississippi, likes peanut butter, etc).” The speaker and everybody in the circle for whom that fact is true leaves their spot and finds a new spot. There should be one person remaining who doesn’t have a spot. They move to the middle of the circle. Continue to play for however long feels appropriate.
