1. Do I need to have kayaking experience to come on a tour?
Absolutely not! Our well trained guides will safely guide you on your tour, and safety is always our priority. People of all experience levels can come on a tour and have a great time.
2. What do I need to wear/bring?
Dress as if you are going to the beach. You will get wet, so wear comfortable, fast-drying clothing, and feel free to leave a towel in your car for when you return. Other than that, just bring water, a smile and a positive attitude!
3. What is your cancellation policy?
The sooner you let us know if you won't make it, the better. Let us know within 24 hours and you will receive a full refund. In the case of extenuating circumstances or bad weather, we will also issue a full refund.
4. What if the weather is bad on the day of my tour?
We do our best to go out every day, but if it is pouring rain, thundering, or too windy to kayak, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will try to rebook you to another day, but if you are not available, we will issue a full refund.
5. How much does it cost?
Price varies by activity. Check out Our Activities and click "Book Now" to see various options and prices.
6. Who are the guides and what are there skills?
Our professional team consists of experienced kayakers and paddle boarders passionate about the water sports. With years of experience as outdoor leaders, we are qualified individuals skilled to ensure safety and fun for all.
7. Will I be comfortable and will I get wet?
Yes, you will be comfortable and if we can help in anyway we are happy to do so! You will get a little wet as you get in and out of the kayak, but overall you can stay dry.
8. How stable are the kayaks and what happens if I tip?
Our entire kayak fleet is extremely stable and tipping the kayak is challenging. Most capsizes happen due to water fights or good goofing around. There should be no worries as safety is our number one concern!
9. Can I bring my own gear?
Absolutely! Many people feel more comfortable paddling with a safety guide. If you have your own gear and want to join you will receive 15% OFF! Please text 920.931.4311 to receive the discount code. We are happy to transport your gear as well! Great opportunity to learn more about the local water ways and your own gear safely!
